Zachary Taylor Waterfront RV Resort
We’re always trying to showcase the variety in use cases for sheds and portable buildings and today we’re featuring something really unique. Zachary Taylor Waterfront RV Resort in Okeechobee, FL has converted not one, but TWO sheds into usable amenities for their guests. One is a 16×40 Studio Shed, the other is a 16×40 Garden Shed. RV Resort Bath House
The first building that was ordered was a Garden Shed shell, meaning it was empty inside like most sheds you see. Once delivered, the shed floor was braced for more weight and the interior was built out for a hallway and four private restrooms with walk in tiled showers. A larger, handicap accessible suite was also built inside. A wheelchair accessible ramp, and awning were added and landscaping really put the finishing touches on the exterior. now all of the guests have a welcoming bath house to use and it’s one of the nicest I’ve personally ever seen in a campground or RV resort.
16×40 Studio Shed Workout Room
The second shed that was ordered became a custom build to bring to life a very special experience for the guests; waterfront workouts. Large windows were added to all four sides so the guests could watch wildlife, and soak up the sun while they feel the burn of their exercise. This studio shed has a very tall ceiling and was left open inside for maximum space but like the bath house, it’s also fully finished out with insulation, electric, HVAC, and more. A large wrap around porch was the chef’s kiss to finish it off.

Beautiful, Practical & Functional
